THE Prince Albert Beer Festival returns to Rodborough for another fine celebration of beer, cider, perry, music and more.

This year the festival ran from Thursday, April 27 to Monday, May 1.

But it wasn't just a vast range of alcoholic beverages, the festival also featured an array of delicious food such as hot 'diggity' dogs and a Mexican feast cooked by Dinner at Six.

By day five there were only four beers remaining on the vast list outside the pub, a sure sign that this year's beerfest was another smashing success.

To further entice voters pub staff posted online on Sunday: "Stroud is a marginal seat - every vote matters. If you haven't registered to vote yet, come to the Albert tomorrow and find us!

"We will have forms and online access available.

"A free pint of Stroud Brewery ale per completed and signed form!"
