FOREST Green Rovers beat Dagenham and Redbridge 2-0 on Sunday in the second leg of their play-off semi-final to seal a spot in the Wembley showdown.

Goals from top scorer Christian Doidge and maverick Keanu Marsh-Brown at The New Lawn and a 1-1 draw in the East London first leg secured the 3-1 aggregate win.

Fans at The New Lawn rushed the pitch on the final whistle to join the players in celebration.

They will now face Tranmere Rovers at 3pm on Sunday at Wembley with promotion to the Football League up for grabs.
