A FRAMPTON Cotterell pub is set to host a star-studded fundraising fiesta over the May Bank Holiday weekend.

‘Celeb Fest’ will take place at The Live and Let Live pub on the final weekend in May, with all proceeds being donated to St Peter’s Hospice.

The two-day extravaganza boasts a line-up of artists, celebrities and athletes, from the first officially licensed British female boxer to a golden buzzer winning Britain’s Got Talent Act.

Landlord Karen Screen said: “We want to raise as much money as possible for patients and families affected by cancer and other diseases.

“We have chosen to donate all profits raised to St Peters Hospice as the care and support they provide is essential but completely dependent on donations.”

Saturday’s events kick off at 12noon, and include live music and a ‘Frampton’s Got Talent’ show set to be judged by Andy Monk, the UK’s number one Simon Cowell lookalike.

Artist manager Gary Gardner, responsible for acts from The Voice, X-Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, will also be in the crowd on the night.

Sunday is set to be sports themed, and will feature It’s a Knockout! plus an auction, raffle and more musical entertainment.

Entry to the two-day event is £3.00, and spaces are limited. Tickets will be on sale soon - updates will be provided on the Live and Let Live on Facebook page here.

Karen is currently seeking sponsors, auction items, raffle prizes and volunteers to help out with the event. Contact karen.liveandletlive@gmail.com to find out how to help.
