HEAVY rain will spread further east before becoming light and patchy.
Parts of the region that are further east may stay dry all morning however, and skies will brighten up later, bringing dry sunny spells, but also some heavy showers towards the Severn Estuary as temperatures peak at 19C.
Showers near the Bristol Channel will continue into the evening but most of us will see late sunshine. Clear and dry spells are expected overnight but also more showers, as temperatures drop to as low as 12C.
