Man arrested after reports of cash machine blown up at Yate petrol station
A 27-YEAR-old man has been arrested following reports of a cash machine being blown up at a petrol station forecourt.
Police officers were called to the Esso garage on Yate Road, Iron Acton, shortly after 12.30am this morning.
The petrol station is understood to be closed this morning.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police confirmed that a 27-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the incident and that enquiries are ongoing.
