THE grand Hawkesbury horticultural show is back for its 132nd year with local dance group AcroGymnastics and LG Dog Agility headlining the packed programme of entertainment.
The traditional country show in Hawkesbury Upton has everything for a family day out, with craft and food stalls, tea and cakes, beer and Pimms tents and fairground rides.
The show will open at 12.30pm with a carnival procession of floats led by the newly crowned carnival queen before Louise Hawkins and her dogs from LG Agility wow the crowd.
The AcroGymnastic team, from Yate International Academy, will be back providing spellbinding displays in the arena and there will also be fun from Tricky Mickey’s Punch and Judy show.
Rounding off the day, the traditional auction of produce, presided over by Nick Cragg from Country Properties, will give show-goers the chance to purchase many of the fantastic exhibits.
The show takes place this Saturday, for more information go to hawkesburyshow.org or facebook.com/hawkesburyhorticulturalshow
