THE M5 southbound has been reopened between junctions 13 and 14 for Stroud and Falfield after an overturned caravan caused the fourth closure in a week.
The incident occurred at 12.15pm and has seen congestion build in the area as a result.

A police spokesman said: "No other vehicles were involved and the vehicle doing the towing remained upright, no one was injured."
Traffic after the Falfield junction is reportedly quite calm while congestion seems to be building on the A38.
Highways England says that delays are in excess 40 minutes with the lanes reopened at around 5.45pm.
There are also reports of increasingly slow traffic on the northbound carriagways due to people slowing to look at accident on the opposite side.
The two closed lanes were reopened at 3.12pm.
This is the fourth time within a week that the same area on the M5 has had lane closures.
In total the same section of the M5 has been at least partially closed for more than half of the last week - more than 88 hours/3.6 days.
Last Thursday a 27-year-old man was killed after being hit by a lorry between Almondsbury and Thornbury.
On Saturday four people were killed and three remain in a critical condition in hospital after a lorry crashed through the central reservation between junctions 14 and 15.
And yesterday a lane on the northbound and southbound carriagways were closed between Stroud and Falfield after a lorry crashed into the central division.
