A JOBS Fair for people with long term health conditions and disabilities will be held at Yate Job Centre on Friday, from 10am to 12pm.
The event, which is part of the Department for Work and Pensions' Disability Confident scheme, is open to everyone with a physical or mental impairment.
It will be attended by supportive local employers, such as Remploy and Wecil, who will be promoting current vacancies.
Disability Confident is a scheme that is designed to help employers recruit and retain disabled people and people with health conditions for their skills and talent.
It is voluntary and has been developed by employers, disabled people and their representatives.
