Property News: A third of home buyers would spend £226,000 on a property based on just one viewing
MORE than a third of home buyers in the UK would spend an average of more than £226,000 on a property based on just one viewing, new research has found.
According to the survey for First Direct, 36 per cent of house hunters act this quickly.
