TWO cars were involved in an accident on the M5 yesterday evening.
Crews from Avonmouth and Pill fire stations were called to the scene, which was located between junction 19 at Portbury and junction 20 at Clevedon, at 7.30pm.
A spokesman for Avon Fire & Rescue said: " All people had been released before we arrived on the scene.
"Crews made the scene safe for the motorway to be reopened."
