This gorgeous little deer was stunned when she was hit by a car.
Police found the driver tending the creature, which ran in front of his car on The Ladder, Nailsworth.
The doe was dazed but uninjured.
A local vet was called. They came to check out the deer at the roadside.
After being given the all-clear it was allowed to disappear into the darkness of the countryside, none the worse for the experience.
