POLICE are hoping to speak to the man, pictured, in connection with an offence of arson in Lechlade.
Damage was caused to the porta cabin at the rear of the memorial hall site. It is believed the damage was caused on two occasions: August 30, shortly before 10pm, and on September 21 at about 10.30pm.
Damage to an insulating cover of a utility pipe was also caused by a small flame that could have been caused by a cigarette lighter.
Police have some information that may identify the culprit and they are following up on information provided by the public.
