AS SNOW heads towards the region, motorists advised to be prepared.
The Met Office has issued yellow weather warnings, for snow and for wind, in parts of Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire tomorrow (Sunday).
And Highways England is urging drivers to keep a close eye on the weather forecast before heading out on their journeys across the weekend.
It said: “Please take care if travelling today and drive for the conditions.
"Snow is forecast for tomorrow, so we ask motorists to please drive to the conditions.
"Prepare for any eventuality ensuring your vehicle is winter ready and making sure you have warm clothing, food, drink, required medication, boots, shovel and a torch."
