Female staff threatened during cigarette robbery from Thornbury convenience store
CIGARETTES and cash were stolen by masked men during a robbery of a convenience store in Thornbury last week.
Three men, wearing balaclavas and yellow washing up gloves, entered the McColls shop on Oakleaze Road at around 9.50pm on Thursday, February 15, and began to threaten female staff.
After stealing cash and cigarettes, the trio then made off on foot.
Police are investigating the incident and have appealed for anyone who might have information that could assist their inquiries to come forward.
