A 16-YEAR-OLD has been banned from "causing nuisance" in Cam and Dursley.

The teenager consented to having an anti-social behaviour injunction placed against him at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Friday (March 16).

It will be in place for the next 12 months and has five prohibitions:

  1. Engaging in conduct which causes or is capable of causing nuisance, annoyance, alarm or distress to any person in Dursley and Cam.
  2. Using or threatening to use violence against any person within Dursley and Cam.
  3. Shouting at or swearing at or using abusive language or making rude or insulting gestures to any person within Dursley and Cam.
  4. Approaching any members of the public requesting money in Dursley and Cam.
  5. Entering Sainsbury's or any premises included on an exclusion notice.
