THERE are severe delays on the M5 motorway after a vehicle collided with the central reservation north of Stroud.
The collision, which is believed to have taken place at just after 6.30am this morning, has left a vehicle partially blocking the third lane on the southbound M5 between junction 11a and junction 12.
Emergency services and traffic officers are at the scene.
Traffic on the M5 had been held while officers made the scene safe, but it is now moving, although delays of up to 45 minutes can be expected.
