A 60-YEAR-OLD Cam man has today denied committing sexual offences, including rape, against five different girls and women over a 43-year period.
David Keene, of Draycott, Cam, pleaded not guilty at Gloucester Crown Court today to a total of 19 charges.
The earliest offence is alleged to have happened between May 1972 and May 1973 while the most recent in September 2015.
Mr Keene denied nine offences of indecent assault; six offences of rape of a female under the age of sixteen; one offence of attempted rape of a female under the age of sixteen; one offence of indecency with a child; and two offences of sexual assault.
Judge Ian Lawrie QC fixed a trial date of August 20 and granted Mr Keene bail until then.
