A MAN from Dursley will be putting his body on the line later this year, all to raise money for charity.

Sebastian Mould, 34, is taking part in an eight-week training programme to ensure he’s fighting fit ahead of the tournament in Gloucester on June 3.

Sebastian, who works for Honda in Swindon, is hoping that his efforts will raise hundreds of pounds for Cancer Research UK.

He said: “I do enjoy watching MMA and it’s something I’ve always wanted to do.

“Being able to do it while also raising money for Cancer Research makes it even better.

“I think everyone knows someone who’s been affected by cancer in some way and hopefully I will be able to raise a lot of money for what is a very good cause.”

About 40 people have signed up to take part in the event which will be held at Hatherley Manor.

It is organised by Ultra MMA which puts on similar events across the country.
