A 35-YEAR-old man has been found guilty of stealing almost £900 of perfume from a Thornbury pharmacy.

Adrian Jefferies, of Southey Court, Kingswood, appeared before Bristol Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, April 24, charged with the £897 theft from Lloyds Pharmacy on Horseshoe Lane on October 14 last year.

He was also charged with failing to comply with probation requirements, having not attended scheduled appointments in February and March this year.

Pleading guilty to both charges, Jefferies was fined £150, with further surcharges not imposed because of a “lack of means”.
