A new yoga class starts this Friday, September 7, at a popular yoga centre in Stroud in Stroud.
Running from 1.30pm until 2.30pm in term time only, the class is especially tailored to parents who’d like an hour in the week for themselves after the long summer holiday.
Run by Clare Honeyfield at Stroud Yoga Space, the class is a perfect opportunity to relax, breathe and recharge before the weekend.
Open to absolute beginners, mats and blankets are provided, participants need only to bring themselves and a water bottle.
Clare is training at Om Yoga Studio in Cardiff and will shortly graduate after two years of intensive study.
She practices the Rishiculture Ashtanga tradition of Hatha Yoga and the class is a welcoming space for all and takes place in the ground floor Earth Studio at Stroud Yoga Space in Nelson Street.
Prebooking is essential.
