NINE new commercial units are now available at the Littlecombe development in Dursley.
The units have been developed by St. Modwen for Stroud District Council, and are suitable for start-ups and small business enterprises looking to rent premises close to the M5 motorway.
Cllr Diona Cornell, leader of Stroud District Council said: “This is a really exciting major investment by the council in our business community.
"We specifically chose the design of this new phase of smaller commercial buildings to strengthen the appeal for growing businesses looking to establish or expand in Gloucestershire. Our investment has potential to bring up to 70 more jobs to the area."
