HAILEY JAYNE WHEELER, aged 36 and of no fixed abode, admits entering as a trespasser a garage in Knole Road, Bournemouth on August 27 with intent to steal. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for six months. To pay £200 compensation. Also admits stealing a packet of Digestives from Phillip’s Newsagents in Christchurch Road on April 10. No separate penalty.

ANNA VIERIA, aged 20 and of Richmond Park Close, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a person by beating him in Charminster Road on April 30. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £200 compensation.

PAUL STEPHEN HURST, aged 55 and of Birch Drive, Bournemouth, admits failing to provide a specimen of blood for testing in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Bournemouth on September 13. Fined £80. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits using a Ford Mondeo in Cleveland Road when the front nearside wheel was fitted with a tyre which had the ply or cord exposed.
