OUR nostalgia pictures this week take a look at one of the greatest equine events in history - the Badminton Horse Trials.
Her Majesty the Queen and the Queen Mother both visited Badminton in years gone by.
Badminton House is now the family home of the 12th Duke of Beaufort, Harry Somerset who has always taken an active role in the event.
