AN AUDI driver caught speeding on the M5 must pay a whopping legal bill.
Timothy Coleman, aged 55, of Park Row, Frampton Cotterell, was caught exceeding 70mph in an Audi A5 along the M5 motorway in Gloucestershire on April 19.
He was sentenced at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Wednesday, August 9 after pleading guilty to speeding via the Single Justice Procedure.
Coleman was fined £666 and must pay a £266 victim services surcharge plus £90 costs - a total of £1,022.
He was also banned from driving for 14 days.
