A MAN has been sentenced after admitting using violence to enter a home in Thornbury.
Michael Allen, aged 32, pleaded guilty to using violence to secure entry to an address in Leaze Close, Thornbury on May 29 last year.
The case was heard at Bristol Magistrates Court on January 31.
Allen, of North Road, Stoke Gifford, was ordered to pay £85 in costs.
He was also ordered to abstain from consuming any alcohol for 120 days and told to take part in rehabilitation activity for 42 days.
