A MAN from Thornbury has been sentenced after assaulting a woman.
Scott Sheppard, aged 42, of Badger Road, Thornbury, admitted assaulting the woman at an address in Bradley Stoke on May 1, 2023.
He also pleaded guilty to one charge of using threatening or abusive words at the same address on the next day.
The case was heard at Bristol Magistrates on March 5.
He was ordered to pay £114 in compensation and a £86 surcharge - a total of £200.
Jarvis was ordered to take part in 15 days of rehabilitation activity.
A restraining order was also activated banning Sheppard from speaking to the woman until 2026.
