A TEENAGER from Thornbury has been sentenced for an e-scooter offence at St Mary Shopping Centre.
Harrison West, 18, was caught at the centre last year on August 7 and September 4 without insurance.
Both incidents breached a community protection notice.
West, of Avon Way, Thornbury, pleaded guilty at Bristol Magistrates Court on March 18 and was fined £200 with £50 costs.
He was banned from driving for six months and six points were added to his licence.
