Witness appeal after attempted burglary in Berkeley

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after an attempted burglary in Berkeley.
According to police offenders smashed a 2ft by 2ft window in a door of a flat on Salter Street, Berkeley between 5pm and 9pm on Good Friday, April 6.
No entry was gained to the property and nothing has been reported as stolen but officers would like to hear from anyone that saw or heard anything suspicious in the area on Friday evening.
Anyone with information should call Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 213 of April 7.
