I would like to appeal to the council to fit bullards to stop inconsiderate drivers parking there ownvehicles at the entrance to the footpath that connects kingshill parade with the traffic lights. this sort of inconsiderate driver had no respect for pedestrians, and protested that he was not parked just waiting for his wife. after i walked away he shouted out the window of his jaguar "knobhead". After agreeing to get the police involved he proceeded to drive off. in frustration i kicked at his car and walked off pushing my sons pushchair which was loaded up with shopping. Next thing i know hes driving round following me saying he was going to do me for criminal damage!
