ROADWORKS lasting five weeks are due to start in the centre of Dursley next week.
From Monday, July 16 Gloucestershire Highways will be removing the traffic lights on the May Lane junction and installing a permanent mini-roundabout.
Temporary three-way traffic lights will be installed during the works but will only operate between 9.30am and 3pm weekdays to minimise disruption.
A temporary mini-roundabout was installed at the junction a year ago and has been popular with motorists.
