A MAIN road into Dursley was closed this morning after a car went into a hedge.
Police were called at 7.50am this morning, July 31, after reports of a car leaving the B4066, Tait’s Hill.
According to police a green Ford Fiesta left the road and collided with a hedge.
The Great Western Ambulance Service also attended and the female driver from Berkeley was taken to Gloucester Royal Hospital. Her injuries are not thought to be serious.
The road was closed for an hour and drivers we forced to find alternative routes into Dursley.
