Conservative Neil Carmichael has become Stroud's new MP after a close fought race with Labour's David Drew.
The Tory candidate won 23,679 votes, while outgoing MP Mr Drew won 22,380.
Dennis Andrewartha, for the Lib Dems, won 8,995 votes, Martin Whiteside for the Green Party won 1,542 votes, Steve Parker for UKIP won 1,301 and Independent candidate Alan Lomas won 116 votes.
