THE LABOUR Party’s election campaign to get prospective parliamentary candidate David Drew voted in as Stroud MP will start on Sunday, July 27.
The Stroud constituency is 16th in the Labour Party’s list of 106 seats which are key to getting a Labour Government elected.
Those supporting Mr Drew at the general election elected are invited to turn up and pledge their support at the campaign launch at Stonehouse Community Centre.
Tea and coffee will be provided at the centre, which will be open from 11am to 3pm, and a buffet lunch is set to be held in the afternoon.
