FIREFIGHTERS were called to rescue a dog that had fallen approximately 20 feet down a cliff whilst out with its owner.
The Dursley crew responded to the animal rescue call at Sharpness Marina at 2.14am on Monday, November 17.
A Labrador retriever had fallen down the cliff but was rescued uninjured by the fire service who were on scene for just under three hours.
The crew had requested assistance for specialist rescues equipment which was mobilised from Gloucester South fire station.
The dog was reunited with its owner at the scene.
