FANS of Gromit Unleashed have the chance to meet and get a free selfie with the ‘Kisses’ Gromit in Dursley,

after the special mutt recently arrived on UK shores from Hong Kong.

The five foot statue is at Clifton Cameras, in Parsonage Street, and will remain there for a few weeks after first arriving on Valentine's Day.

Clifton Cameras is using the Kisses Gromit as part of their campaign to raise money for Bristol Children's Hospital. Children are invited to come in and have their picture taken with the dog by staff in exchange for a donation to the charity.

Director of the store Wendy Williams said: "It's been really good. The kids absolutely love it. So many children have come in to get their photo taken with him."

The unique Silver Gromit, covered in lipstick kisses and with a bespoke white cap, is the work of renowned Hong Kong artist Kevin Mayou.
