POLICE and paramedics could be seen in Long Street, Dursley, yesterday responding to calls of a woman suffering from a medical problem.

Gloucestershire police were contacted at 12.04am following reports that a local woman was suffering with health issues.

Both police and paramedics spent some time at the scene assessing the woman's condition.

It is not the first time in recent memory that a flurry of police activity could be seen in long street.

On Monday, January 26, emergency responders attended a house across the road when the body of local man Richard Cook was found.
