POLICE are seeking the owner of a dog that attacked another dog in Eastern Avenue, Gloucester, on Saturday 11 April.

The incident occurred between 11.30 – 11.45 am along the service road on Eastern Avenue, at the top of the Chequers Estate.

The attacking dog is described as a bull-mastiff type, of purple/grey colouring. 

The other dog is a terrier which received serious injuries but is now recovering. The attacking dog ran off and it is uncertain where it lives.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting incident number 144 of 11 April.
