Woman trapped in vehicle after road traffic collision in Gloucester
FIREFIGHTERS saved a woman trapped in her vehicle after a road traffic collision in Gloucester.
At 1.32pm yesterday the fire and rescue service was called to a road traffic collision on the Zoons Court roundabout on the A417.
Fire engines from Gloucester North Fire Station and the Special Incident Support Unit from Gloucester South Fire Station attended the incident with a combined crew of ten firefighters.
On arrival the crews found one adult female was trapped in the vehicle, who was then extricated from the vehicle and conveyed to hospital the South Western Ambulance Service.
The fire crews were on the scene until just before 3pm.
