A 31-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court charged with sexual assault following a series of incidents in Cheltenham.
Muhammad Shaikh, of Granville Street, was accused of sexually touching three women on separate occasions in the Montpellier area of the town in last few weeks.
He pleaded guilty to the charge at Cheltenham magistrates court today (29 May).
Shaikh was remanded to prison till 26 June, awaiting a pre-sentence report.
