FIRE crews tackled a house on fire in Stroud.
Two fire engines from Stroud Community Station were called to a house on fire in Westrip Lane at 1.20pm yesterday afternoon.
A crew of 10 firefighters found the fire in the kitchen area of the house which had not caused major damage.
The fire was put out using a dry powder extinguisher and firefighters were at the scene for 20 minutes.
