A 19-YEAR-OLD Gloucester man has been arrested on suspicion of affray in connection with an assault on a motorist in rush hour traffic on Tredworth Road in Gloucester last Friday.
He has been bailed to attend Compass House custody suite in Quedgeley on 19 August.
The incident happened at about 4.50pm, while the victim was stopped in a car at traffic lights.
The attacker approached the man from behind and is believed to have punched him several times
Once the assault ended the victim managed to continue on without stopping or calling police.
Attempts to identify and speak to the victim are ongoing.
Anyone with information is still urged to come forward on 101 and quote incident 337 of 17 July.
