Police appeal over burglary in Painswick Town Hall
GLOUCESTERSHIRE Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Painswick Town Hall.
Sometime between 5pm on 2 October and 8am on 5 October offenders broke into the building and removed a very heavy iron safe - green/yellow in colour. They made an untidy search of the building and got away with cash, property deeds and cheque books.
Police would like to hear from anyone with any information or who saw anything suspicious over the weekend that may help with their enquiries. Please call 101 quoting incident number 68 of 5 October 2015.
