A DISQUALIFIED Uley motorist who was caught driving his Mercedes in Stroud has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Simon King, 36 of Whitecourt, Uley admitted driving while disqualified when he appeared before Cheltenham magistrates.
He was stopped in his Mercedes C300 Sport on September 20 in Church Road, Stroud.
King was given a 12-week jail sentence suspended for two years, made the subject of a three-month tagged curfew and ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85.
