Cheltenham Magistrates' Court
SHOWERING a woman with unwanted attention cost a Dursley man nearly £500 at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on November 1.
Richard Kemp, 34, of Phelps Mill Close, Dursley pleaded guilty to harassing the woman between January 1 and May 7.
Kemp sent her numerous texts, letters and gifts, the court was told.
Magistrates fined Kemp £400, imposed a restraining order until October 2021 and ordered him to pay £85 prosecution costs.
