A 33-YEAR-OLD Wotton-under-Edge motorist who refused to give a specimen of breath to a police officer has been fined £525 and ordered to pay prosecution costs of £620.
Steven Davies of Potters Pond, Wotton-under-Edge denied the offence but Cheltenham magistrates found him guilty in absence at a hearing on Monday, January 2.
Davies committed the offence at Quedgeley, Gloucester on Sunday, June 26, last year.
