FISHING equipment was stolen from an angler by a Frampton-on-Severn man who was subject to a suspended prison sentence, Cheltenham magistrates heard.
Adam Paul, 40, of Phillimore Gardens, Frampton-on-Severn admitted stealing £146 worth of fishing equipment when he appeared at court.
He committed the offence on February 26 at Framilode whilst being subject to a suspended prison sentence.
At the court hearing on March 1 Paul was fined £120, ordered to pay £40 towards prosecution costs and had his existing suspended prison sentence extended by 12 weeks.
