First, Jenny Fryer with Leader of the Pack, a very creative image showing the leader of a motorcycle scramble and other riders behind with smoke and dust surrounding them.
Monthly Prints – As this was a print competition, points out of 20 were awarded for each image, but also, Highly Commended and 3rd, 2nd and 1st were given.
Highly Commended; Bill Beere, David Bishop & Barry Spindler, each with 17 points.
3rd, Jenny Fryer, 18 points. 2nd Jenny Fryer, 19 points. 1st Brian Wetton with Colourful Camino, Tenerife, for which he was awarded 20 points.
This was a pale, almost monochrome shot taken on a recent holiday, of a back-alley with woods behind and a vibrant bougainvillea spilling over a wall.
Weekly meetings will continue until the end of April at North Nibley Village Hall on Thursday evenings.
