Dursley: Mr & Mrs Tim Voss, Old Orchard House, 1 The Street, T1 – Apple, fell due to low amenity value, T2 – Lime, fell due to causing excessive shading, T3 – Lime, fell due to causing excessive shading. Removing these trees is the first park of a comprehensive garden landscaping and improvement project. The second park will be to rebuild the dry stone wall, possibility a little high (subject to any necessary consents as may be required) so as to remove the small part of sloping ground between the top of the wall and the bottom of the hedge to bring it in line with more typical stone wall and hedge above as seen in the village. This will then enable the hedge to be shaped into a more aesthetically appealing feature.
