CONDITIONS will be mostly cloudy today with further spells of rain.
The rain will be heavy at times and temperatures will be quite cool.
Temperatures will reach a high of 14 degrees with a low of seven degrees.
Cloud and rain will gradually ease and clear away eastwards.
It will become mostly dry with clear spells and scattered showers tonight.
