A 31-YEAR-OLD Dursley man sent a threatening text to one woman and threatened another, a court heard.
Dean Marsden of Water Street, Dursley, admitted sending a threatening text to Amanda Marsden on December 9 last year and also admitted threatening Kirsty Rhind on the same day.
Both offences were committed in Dursley.
On May 11 Cheltenham magistrates ordered the defendant to do 100 hours of unpaid work and to pay £85 prosecution costs.
